I removed the door moldings and now have faint discoloration where the tape used to be. What's the best way to clean/wax/ areas to remove any residue from where the moldings used to be?

Thanks

I did this too and all the doors came out great except my r/r has that faint coloration too. Still haven't figured out how to fix it. I used an eraser wheel to get all the adhesive off.

Try orange oil first, before you use an abrasive, and it may do the trick for you.

Thanks for the replies.

I ended up using acetone which I was hesitant using. It worked well for removing the glue remnants. I washed the area afterwards and reapplied wax and it looks great.
There's still a faint color mismatch on the left front that my wife says I'm the only one that will notice :)

Thank again.

The image on the left can be seen better. It looks like a bright/clean spot in the driveway but it's discoloration on the door panel. Facing the other way it's harder to see.

Sorry for the late response.
