I have a 2006 chevrolet tahoe with 96xxx miles. it has the 5.3 interceptor motor due to previous police vehicle. I was driving sunday before last while raining about 45 mph and i got a reduced engine power, stability system disabled message on my DIC. Also my traction control shut off and service engine light come on. When this happened my truck slowed down to 13 MPH and 2200 RPM, it is showing 2 OBD-II codes. It is showing throttle actuator position module and throttle pedal. I have replaced both of these parts and checked all wires for a bad wire and the wires are good. is still doing the same thing. I have also had a GM tech flash and reprogram the computer and still doing it.
