Rear door locks inop

So out of the blue the rear door locks dont unlock-every once in awhile they will unlock.They do lock everytime but will not unlock.So i got a new actuator for the drivers rear door to try and same result.Any ideas out their any one run into this before.

couple possibilities 1. bad or failing relay, 2. low battery power-have battery tested, unless you have messed with any wiring recently?

Battery power is perfect,relay i will check that tonight.

Well thats the quickest fix i have done.Checked the lock and unlock relays in the fuse box drivers side dash.I never knew they had seperate relays.So right off the unlock relay looks scratched up,i looked at both of them terminal wiise.They looked fine swapped locations now no problem works fine.So im ordering new relays right now.Found a nice fuse box pic online,as soon as i seen that unlock relay i had a feeling.
