rear active brake control Russell hose kit.

What is this exactly? I bought the Russell stainless brake hose kit. The kit came with a center hose. My Tahoe has dual center hoses. I looked up the part number and it said for models without rear active brake control.

Anyone know where I can get the center hoses in stainless?
