I don't mind it if it had more aggressive tires and wheels. And something different with the grill. Did you paint it with the door handles in? You are really going to hate life if you door handle breaks

Looks good. Not my cup of tea but I do like it.

What are your plans for the truck?

Thanks! I'd like to black out the chrome, black wheels with beefier tires, exhaust, and all red led tails. Other than that just keep it running as long as it will go. I can't really lift it because of the parking garage at work, however I did pull out the air ride and replace it with Bilstein 5100's.

Great work. How did you get the raptor spray color tinted?

I'm getting ready to do my rocker panels myself.

I don't always venture out into the sub-freezing darkness, but when I do, it is hunting season, and I carry a Remington. Stay hungry my friends.

They make a black version of raptor liner, and a tintable version. The tintable version you have to add your color paint to the mix, but should match your paint perfectly then.

Yes sir. You can buy 1 liter or 4 liter kits.

From the TDS:

For tinting, typically 5% color is required for good opacity. When tinting above 5%, product will need to be mixed out of the bottle in a suitable mixing cup. For best color control, add color by weight.

For best results, use the solvent based toners from basecoat mixing systems. Ask your paint supplier to leave out the binders for best pigment density. RAPTOR can also be tinted with solvent based basecoats and solvent based 2K solid color isocyanate cured paints. Where 2K paints are used this will also need to be activated before use. Do not use waterbased systems to tint RAPTOR.

Raptor Liner sells a tintable kit. Its $99 on Amazon. I went to the local auto paint supply with the color code I wanted. They mixed up a couple quarts. Youtube has many videos on mixing tinting the liner. One thing I wish I accounted for is the white base in the Raptor Liner. I had the paint mixed before the liner arrived in the mail. So my truck turned out a lighter tint of the Jeep Anvil color I wanted, but I'm happy.

Painted the grill and tow hooks. Blacked out turn signals are on their way. Now to find some black wheels...
