Random wires need help!!

So I was looking for a short cause my whole left side of speakers don't work what's so ever and I came across these but idkk where they came from?! Or two
It's a 07 GMC Yukon Denali with the lux amp

Nothing to do with your speakers; those are the wires to connect an aftermarket trailer brake controller.

Yeah that pretty much sums it up. Tried swapping speakers to see if maybe it was just kine blew. But nope checked all my connections to see if maybe something rotted but nothing everything looks good
