Radiator flush

Hey Gang!
My 2019 Tahoe is nearing 95,000 and I'm thinking about the long terms maintenance items. I see no Chevy service site that talks about coolant service.

What is the recommendation?

GM says Dexcool is good for 5 years or 150K miles, whichever comes first, so you're due on that basis alone. But I also agree with Ron that 50K miles is a good rule, and it's my personal guideline for all of my vehicles as well.

I like to do mine annualy as a severe service interval, this includes brake fluid, transmission about every 20k, differentials bi-annualy
you do not have power steering fluid but i do that annualy as well.
if I went 95k without a flush I would be driving it to throw it away as garbage

I would recommend checking your owner's manual for the recommended service intervals. Here are a couple of snips (hint: 150k miles or 5 years):
