My radiator fans are kicking on full blast when I start my engine when it's cold. It could be warm or cold outside, when the engine is cold it randomly has the fans running. I usually notice this when I'm using remote start. I have to shut the truck off and restart it and it runs with fans off, like it should.

My guess is the coolant temp sensor is going bad. Anyone got my other ideas of what I could look into? Fluid level is full and fresh, no air bubbles to my knowledge. I burped it really well last time I drained and filled it.

This is normal. It's to protect the engine from overheating while in remote start mode. All 3 of mine do it with remote start.

I would visibly check to see if both fans are running. One fan will go to high if the other doesn't work. Even 1 fan at high speed is loud.
