Your rear should settle after a week or so, it looks like it should be lower on a 3/5. Did they do the free travel mod? did they leave in your rubber spring mounts?

Yes on the free travel mod.. and yes on the isolators... at least I think so (I never mentioned to remove them in the 1st place)
I think it's plenty low.. and surprizingly little rub.. very nice job on my fenders.
I'm running 4 psi in the back
Never low enough...
I'm running 1psi... If you let some air out, it should go down... If I put any more than 1psi, it would start to raise my rear up...
