Question - brakes for 2017 Tahoe LT?

Just noticed my drivers side rear brake is dragging/slightly grinding, anyone know how much brakes should cost?

Going to the dealer, 64k miles, probably getting pads all round

Cost/upgrade ideas? Or should I just go stock?

(and are Supply Chains causing any issues getting brakes done?)

Rock Auto has good choices. I would suggest doing it your self. Plenty of YouTube videos that show you what to do. Save your self some money too.

Super easy DIY. I have had really good luck with Raybesto discs. Depending on use, choose pad accordingly. I tow near the limits so I have used the severe duty pads…but lots of dust…as previous poster said ceramic might be better. Reasonably price for performance and have never had one warp.

Lots of folks here use Power Stop brake pads and rotors. My truck does not yet need brakes, but I just installed Power Stop pads and rotors on my Honda Fit, and I'm very happy with them.

Never buy parts from the Dealer unless you are getting a good discount. Ebay, Amazon and Rockauto. Dealers offer parts for sale on Ebay at discounted prices and many times free shipping. Good luck with your search.
