Question about stock Nav units

I have a 2006 GMC Yukon non-lux. I am wondering if I can buy a nav unit from a 2007 non-lux and use it. If so will me steering wheel controls still work.

No... if yours is a 2006, you have to get a 2003 to 2006 radio. If you do get an 03-06 radio, then yes your steering wheel controls will still work

2007 is the new body style, completely different
