Question about radiator

Would it be possible to use a radiator with internal trans cooler as an oil cooler instead? I know that trans can get as high as 175-200 psi under heavy loads vs oil lines of 50-70 psi.

How do the sizes compare for lines running to/from the internal trans cooler vs. an oil cooler? I wouldn't want to go smaller and end up with reduced flow.
