Proper Toyo Inflation

For those of you running Toyo's; what PSI do you keep them at?

I just put on some AT2's this weekend. The installer argued with me about the proper inflation. I'm interested to hear other experiences at various inflation levels.

Best way is to chalk your tires and go for a drive, once adjust the pressures so that the chalk is worn off of the tread that is what you should run. And always air up the rears if you load it heavily or tow.

Has anyone ever tried reading Toy's online inflation table? You need an advanced Engineering degree to understand what the hell they're talking about!

I always do the chalk test as InTruck indicated above and have had even wear. It turned out for my Nitto Trails, it needed around 50 psi.

what works for nitto trails has as much to do with what this guy should run with at2s as he should on what comes from the factory.

iirc, the heavier ply versions have a much higher max psi. i run high 30s cold. i've ran them mid 40s cold and find the ride comfort a tad better running lower so have stuck with it. i have the 285/60/18s which are not LTs but do have the more aggressive LT sidewall design. i know weird.

good choice on tires. best ATs out there in the market today imo.

I was running them at 35 psi for about a week, but have bumped them up to 39 and they seem to perform better.

Btw, had them up in the NC mountains this weekend in about a foot of snow and they performed great. Will try to get some pics up soon.

cleanest z71 i've seen! perfect height. just the right amount of rake. very similar setup to mine except i'm lowered a bit and running 285/60/18s on 18" xd addicts. 1000% zero rubbing.

Really?? the only thing similar is that you both are running the same wheels, other than that they could not be more opposite...
