Projector Headlights

Hello All,

Do you know what projectors can take a 55 watt bulb and ballast kit? Want to do a mod with Depo projectors and replace the stock projectors for these, with a good set of after market projectors.

Or if anyone has any ideas of what they think i should be doing please give input.

I've had 55w HID's in my TSX's for a couple of years now with no noticeable issues, so I think you'd be safe with them. Can't speak for other projectors, though.

You are running Depo headlights in yours?

So you did not do anything to the Depo but just install an HID kit in them, a nd install them in your truck?

Oh, yeah...modded some DEPO lights with Acura TSX projectors. Sorry, I assumed you knew that.

Or you can do Depo with FX-R projector which is much cheaper than TSX and somewhat easier to work with, although you don't need 55 watts since the FX-R already come with clear lenses and output is very wide.
