Currently 15.1% off MSRP on a 2017 Tahoe LT. I've seen higher but those tend to be on the Premiers. Is this good enough?

for a 17, I would expect 20% or more off MSRP. SOme dealers have 18s for almost 15% off this month.

Does anyone have Chevy dealers in the north texas area that are easy to work with? I see all these posts about 20% off '17 or 15% off '18 but none of the dealerships ive been to want to budge on pricing.

Hell I had one dealership only offer about 10% off on a '17 demo vehicle with 6k miles on the clock. 2017 Premier 4x2.

Its starting, the new 2018 Ford Expedition/Navigator are seen by GM as real competition, maybe for the first time in a long time... And GM is responding with lower prices!

GM Offers $5,000 Escalade Discount as New Navigator Rolls Out

Also means that folks can use this during negotiations with GM. Just tell them you're also looking at an Expedition/Navigator and they'll take you seriously this time. I remember a few years back I told a salesperson at GMC that I was "also considering an Expedition" and he gave me a blank stare, then said, "what's that?" Now this guy was playing stupid of course, but he could back then, but no more...

However, this discount only applies to customers trading in a 1999 or newer Lincoln model according to a memo sent to dealers obtained by Bloomberg.

Even with the new 18s out...I'd still give you a blank stare and ask you...what's that?! Jokes aside...I don't see many people trading in a 99 or newer Lincoln to get the discount. Guess time will tell.

Lol. But I don’t see why not? A 1999 Navigator sells for $1,800 at auction, so if you have one or even possibly a newer one it would be worth the extra money to trade it in for a Denali, if you wanted to of course. But I think the main point is that GM is both acknowledging and responding to a Ford threat this time.

I was going to say because I personally don't know of anyone that owns a Lincoln. Then today for the first time ever I saw 2 Navis back to back coming home from work. I guess they are out there more than I give them credit for.

Looking for a price check to see if this is a good deal, I'm on the fence and think I can do better:
2017 Black Yukon Denali (Dealer demo 5,500 miles)
4WD
Open Road Package
Enhanced Security Package
Assist steps, power-retractable, with perimeter lighting
Wheels, 22" 6-spoke Black
MSRP ~$77,000

Presented offer to me:
$65,616 sale price. (before tax)

This is one example of many that are cheaper. Laura Buick GMC, for a 2017 and it’s not used. Just look at Laura Buick website and you will know if your getting a good deal or not. Good luck.

My eye has been on this dealer in Missouri https://www.mayse.com/VehicleDetails/new-2018-GMC-Yukon-4WD_4dr_Denali-Aurora-MO/3065775723

Or this one in Houston http://www.westpointbuickgmchouston...MC-Yukon-2WD_4dr_Denali-Houston-TX/3099360143

It’s easier to find a huge discount on a Denali than it is on a Premier, esepecially in Texas. Which works out because I’m wanting a Denali since I already have a Premier.

$14k off this 2017 Denali in Dallas http://www.jameswood.com/VehicleDetails/new-2017-GMC-Yukon-4WD_4dr_Denali-Denton-TX/3060119553

At the end of October when the rebate was 3.5k I got 25% off (including rebate) on a 2017 Tahoe LT demo with 6k miles, no trade.

With no trade seems like you should be looking for that or close to it.

I'm sure it varies by location but I see no reason not to be in the 20-25% for any 17 model at this point.

I'm getting closer and closer on a 18 denali xl (want the 10spd) and I'm at 16% off on a 2018.

Agreed, and either of those is a great deal in my opinion.

But right now, GM is running the Employee Pricing game. Some Dealerships who previously advertised additional discounts in addition to the dealer incentive are now advertising the employee price with no further discount.

Thought I'd ask for some advice on a 17 Yukon SLE im currently interested. It is a new vehicle in Iridium Metallic. Dealer is asking 40,350. Sales man states an out the door price would be around 43,300. Thoughts on price? TIA.

I custom ordered a 18 Denali xl, it's now on the train so they went ahead and gave the employee deal, ended up 11% off sticker and got the blue book excellent trade valuation on our 15 8-spd, excited to get in the 10 speed.
