What should I be paying for a resonator delete, added pipe and chorme tip?

I got a sawzall, is cheaper to cut that ugly piece off first and then take it?

SLP unit I got for 116 shipped and you can install yourself in the driveway. Many also have the volant unit. It's a little more expensive but is also a little bit nicer. I think it's more like 200. Both will cost roughly $40 to have welded up which I'd recommend.
