so my small investigation on how to enable the rear windows continues.
Disassembled front passenger(left on pic) and rear switch(right pic) and clearly there is some difference in contacts where pads touching. If someone can look at non PPV rear switch and confirm they have contacts on their switch same like on the left picture this would be an awesome help

I’m happy to help. I should be able to get that for you tomorrow. I’d like to get pics of your rear door harness connector at the door and body side. I need to see which circuits are present in the door harness and in the body harness. Send me an email at [email protected].

Does your front passenger window have the express down/up feature? If so, can you perform the feature at both the driver and passenger switches for that window?

Here’s A shot of the rear window switch board in my Yukon SLT. Looks to be the same as yours.

What’s the part number for your switch? Here’s mine.

On the pics of the rear door harness connector ends, I need views like those below so I can see which circuits are present.

Thanks for the pics. I need to see the other side of the door connector as well to validate what’s present.

Got it. So you’re not missing any circuits at the door connectors. Next, let’s look at the window switch connector. I need to see a straight on shot to I can tell what pins are present there.

I see what you mean about position 18 on both sides of the door connectors. Does it look like the cavities were drilled out? That’s a common practice of installers. I’m thinking there were lights mounted in the rear door windows. GM doesn’t land any factory wires in that spot.

yep, looks like installers drilled a small hole, I found one wire cut and it goes to the door as a ground...
