Power steering problem?

My power steering has become noticeably noisier when turning the wheels at slow speeds such as in parking lots and pulling into parking spaces. With 100,000 miles on the clock, do I need to do some type of power steering service? I have no leaks so I'm pretty sure its not low.

Any ideas or suggestions?

flush it, see if that helps

My 2007 did that and the steering rack started to leak. Replaced rack. all is good.

I have a slight wine when I first start the truck... after it warm up it goes away.. I can move steering wheel side to side at a dead stop and no squeal or pulses in steering .. didn't know if I need a new pump or flush.. only does it at warm up in the morning.. after that it good..
