Power for Puddle lights?

Anyone know where to tap into power for the puddle lights? I'd like to recess lights near the running boards - only to go on when the puddle lights are on.

I don't know much about wiring, but I would try tracing them from the lamp's harness itself. Or look around, somewhere there is a wiring diagram for these vehicles. I assume the wire will be named "courtesy lamp" or similar.

This is a good idea. Find a waterproof LED light bar, swap out the stock bulbs for LED's and it'll be a good match.
