I just picked up a 2wd 2009 Tahoe LT to mess with. Want to lift it but, because of some parking garage limits at work I can't go too crazy. 6inch would probably be the highest and would probably have to keep it at a 33inch tire. Roof height can't go past 7feet 2inches. A lot of 4x4's on here but a lift sits lower on 2wd so want to see what's out there and how it sits.

suggestion: go lower than what garage says & also find the 2 or 3 lowest spots in garage & measure them. i already went thru this... last place i worked said 7'4" ... my pickup is 6'11" & i scraped paint off roof :mad: on 2nd floor. i could barely make it into 1st floor. 1st floor always filled up. so if i didnt make it early i had to go outside

If your 2wd, go with 3" lift spindles and a leveling kit with 2" rear spacers. You can clear 35s.
