Carpenter how do you install those caliper covers? And do you think red would look to gawdy or on my all blacked out Suburban or would you do black. I have been thinking since I bought it a month ago about red calipers but have been hesitant.i don't think red would be too much do,you? Thanks

I think red would look good just enough to break up all the black. There pretty simple to install just slide the clips over the calipers hold the cover in place and tighten down the 2 nuts. 5 mins per wheel.

Nice man! I like the style you're going for. Looks hella clean. I see you got your Chevy Calipers installed. That looks real good. I'm looking to do a 2/4 drop on mine next. We'll see how it turns out.
You will love it. And it still rides just as good as stock if not better I get less body roll now. Keep us posted with pics.

I will second that on the caliper covers, easy to install and they look great. My wife has them on her SRX and my dad has them on his '17 Escalade. Both are black and the covers are red. With my white Tahoe I am going to order yellow..... should look good with the black rims.

Sweet looking Tahoe Carpenter!! What 2-4 drop is it? I have the same Tungsten Metallic and am thinking about doing the black accents. Awesome thread and some very cool rides!!!

Hey Frank,

Here is our black SRX with chrome wheels and the red caliper cover. I don't think its too much.

And my old Denali with them as well.

I never understood the caliper covers. To me, it's the same as adding a bright badge that says "turbo" when there isn't one.

I like it Brian T! To me it makes it look slicker on all black Suburban but some might not like it. That's why we have this forum you do what you like to me that's all that matters . Thanks Brian

The covers look a lot better than the ****** stock calipers and in my opinion painting them makes matters worse. So the whole "turbo" decal and no turbo installed theroy doesn't really apply here.
i would never purchase a set that mis represented the product that's installed on my vehicle either. Like for instance the knock off brembo covers now that's trying to hard.
