Not sure about a zinc primer. Depends on how the 2 metals react. Zinc primers are great on steel though.

Opps you misunderstood..... The zink was a joke about boats using a zink to avoid electrolysis / anti aluminum decay......( or as tonyrods says, " Turning to dust" )
The self-etching primer is for metals like aluminum or titanium for bonding before primers.
