Doing away with the wood-grain trim look! Anyone have pics of their trim changed...looking for ideas don't want just one color.. input greatly appreciated.. Thanks

Man that's nice! What color is that? It looks similar to the new body styles. I like that a lot! Those gauges look sweet to! Any info on them?

did you do yourself or take it to a shop to be done?

Did it myself with 3M brushed steel vinyl. Pretty easy to do.

Definitely post some better pictures! I am trying to decide what style I want to do and never thought about brushed black, but I am thinking I might go that way. So please put up some better pics to help me decide.

Looks like I'm going to have to look into vinyl pretty soon. I'm getting tired of the wood grain look in the Suburban.

@devious1 it's really easy. Use a plastic trim removal tool, start at one of the ends by a vent (vents are connected to trim) and just slowing remove it. I advise placing a hand on both top and bottom when removing it. Pretty straight forward
