What exactly are the appliques you're referring to? Is it the Caddy logo on the rear? Ours looks crappy already the red is fading and almost looks like its bleeding

Nope -- The plastic "corner" pieces over each tail light.

The shifter on gmpartsdirect.com is like 80-90 brand new for the black leather wrapped one with chrome tip.

No i'm talking about the appliques above the tail lights. Not the applique above the license plate. Yea my above the license applique isn't perfect but it doesn't sound quite as worn as yours... On eBay they have new front/rear emblems for $70 shipped.
