P1175 - Many changed parts so far but no results

Question here, My 2008 yukon has an ongoing thing... I keep getting 1175 codes even after i have changed all O2 sensors spark plugs and cleaned the mass air flow sensor and I have pulled the whole top of the engine off instaled new fuel injectors and seals ...Not sure where to go next.....Any ideas...

The gas you use -- how much ethanol is in it (E10, E15, E85-ish) and what does the ECU think the ethanol content percentage is?

Fless is asking regular gas station is around 10% ish. At least in my area. If E85 then a different story.

P1175 (lean bank 2). Gasket not right or possible vacuum hose on that side is sucking air after the mass air flow sensor.

Around the midwest the fuel industry has been sneeking in E-15
and calling in "Regular Unleaded"
What a bunch of shit !!! Unless it's a flex fuel enabled engine, E15 can
suck it!!! Gotta Pay Extra $$$ for E10... Like it's not expensive enough already.
I would think this is going to cause issues, especially as the season gets hot
