I have the p015B code, bank 1 sensor 1. I switched it with the bank 2 sensor 1 and the same p015B came back after about 30 minutes of driving and would go away at times.

The sensor wires look good and it runs smooth. I do notice that the far rear exhaust manifold bolts on both sides are broken. I can see carbon around the back of bank 1 manifold where the bolt is gone.

My question is has anyone ever had a broken manifold bolt situation cause a P015B ? I have no other codes.
Thanks

I don't believe that broken exhaust manifold bolts will generate a code on their own. I've got broken exhaust manifold bolts and no generated codes.

Other members of this Forum much more knowledgeable than me in this area will chime in.

I have other LS motors with broken bolts and no codes but I do see where the exhaust is leaking and it’s just above the o2 sensor that’s throwing the code, so that makes me suspicious
