Order to Delivery Timeframes

Placed my order for ‘22 Tahoe RST on Dec 6, order was picked up by GM on Dec 10, and dealer just told me today that mine was on a carrier already, so it could be here by the end of the month or shortly thereafter

What options did you add to your RST?

Does anyone have any info on how long its been taking for a vehicle to ship to the dealer once its built? My Denali is currently complete and sitting in Arlington with an estimated arrival date of 2/1, but I highly doubt that will be correct if it hasn't left yet.

Ours was delivered to the rail yard 12/17 and we took delivery 1/10. This was to Philadelphia area.

go to gmc.com or chevrolet.com and start to build and price your unit. In the upper right corner is message/chat. you can use your vin# or order # to get a response from a GM help desk.

palsapp.com but don't put too much faith in it. We've had ours for a few weeks now and its still showing as sitting in Arlington via palsapp.com.

GM Chat is your best bet but even then you can get conflicting info. I was told it shipped via rail a couple times, then went back to not shipped, and then delivered to dealership.

Placed my order for a Z71 on 1/2, order accepted by GM on 1/21, TPW first week of March with anticipated delivery in Mid-March. Anyone have their Tahoe ever come in ahead of schedule? My dealer says they have seen it happen but interested to see if anyone actually experienced this.

Your order number is on the order confirmation you should have received from the dealer.

That’s really annoying about some dealers. They should put the order in the system in front of you, print out the confirmation showing the order number and 1100 status, and hand it to you. That’s what my dealer did.

Through virtual assistance at GMC, since last week, my order status indicates that my car is built with default Congratulation message and says to follow up with my dealer for more detail shipping information. (unfortunately my dealer is no help... Meaning hard to get in touch)

Is the "Congratulation" message the last order status I can get from GMC or in time there will be more order status? Such as finding out the VIN, if shipped to dealer, ETA Any input or experience from this point would be appreciated. Thanks

This is where I am now. Got the Congratulations message and to follow up with the dealer, etc. That was about 2 weeks ago and no updates since. Mine is coming to Connecticut.
