Ongoing Motor Sound in rear of truck, inside cabin-help identify

I have a 2004 denali xl, that as soon as I turn the car on there is a motor running in the rear of the car on the inside. Its runs non-stop while the car is moving. Once the engine is turned off, it winds down and turns off.

I thought it was the compressor for the shocks, but the air system has been removed completely, I even pulled the fuse in the front.

Its rather annoying. does anyone happen to know of any motors, fans mechanical anything that is in the rear interior cabin that I could replace/repair etc.

Kind of ambiguous, but I was hoping this was an issue others maybe had in the past and could help troubleshoot.

Try pulling the fuse for the rear HVAC blower fan and see if it stops.

I will try that-Thanks, but why would the rear blower turn on WITHOUT the rear air turned on?

Possible grounding/shorting of wires.
