I'm looking to build a roof rack for my 99 tahoe to attach to the factory rails, since I couldn't find one aftermarket less than $500 that I liked. Anyone have pictures/drawings of a plan to build one? I want to put some lights on the front, my hi lift and shovel on the sides, and maybe a jerry can. Thanks.
