2005 Tahoe Z71. Have 33x12.5R20 and hydroboost. Replaced PS pump with Edelman 6027R, Edelman lines and also new gearbox. Also replaced hydroboost with 1781036 2011 LML unit. Used Amsoil PS fluid.

This new pump is weaker than the original it feels, almost no assist at standstill and its noisy. I am going to flush the fluid and do the bleed procedure again to see if there is improvement.

But I wanted to ask everyone, have you used an OEM pump with higher pressure relief? Like from a Hummer H2 or HD series truck or Escalade with a 6.0?

I see the PSC pump SP1407 that looks good but prefer OEM. Maybe GM GENUINE 19420676..?

My service manual has this info, looking for more flow and better pressure relief, I guess.
