I put a "Bully" step bar in mine. If I get rear ended.... hopefully it'll hit their car first.
I have seen the Chevy symbol inserts.... they look cool.

Does it come with everything? Can you post pictures on how it looks from behind?

How does it actually connect to the bumper?

yep. comes with everything minus the template to drill the holes, but you can do it without the template.

it mounts with the included bracket and 2 twist connectors for under the bumper.

I have the Street Scene one, IMO it looks better than the factory one, unless it is an '11 LTZ bumper. The '11 LTZ/Escalade/Denali rear bumper and factory cover look the best, but on the 07-10 Tahoe Bumpers the StreetScene one looks the best.
Take a look: http://tahoeyukonforum.com/forum/showthread.php?t=33150

Definitely street scene by a land slide. Factory oem one is bulky and just doesn't look right. Street scene one looks more like the esky hitch cover for a Tahoe bumper. Way cleaner.

I like the OEM one, don't know why no one likes it...
I don't like it because it is OBVIOUSLY added on because it bows out at the line of the hole. The Street Scene ones are flat with the bumper and then only extend out where the actual hitch is.

I was about to buy the Street Scene one, then I walked by the back of my Tahoe and remembered I had mounted my back up cam on top of my hitch :(
