What will be the problem if my scanner can not read data stream on my 2002 Tahoe. It can read it on my other cars. Can the inboard computer be an issue?

Check the fuses. I had the same problem and it turned out that a fuse was blown. I think its the same fuse thats for the cig lighter or aux input.
It was one on the driver's side that blew. My Guages was acting normal when it happened.

Oh I got a Denali so mine isn't on the side I don't think
so it is happening to you as well? I was actually thinking maybe the ecm is bad but so far the truck is running fine.
The fuse is under the hood, there should be a group of them in a triangle on the drivers side.
There is an updated vent valve kit from GM to solve that code, it includes a new vent valve and a remote mount filter to prevent dirt/moisture from entering the vent valve and causing it to stick open
