Hey guys,

I just picked up a 2015 Tahoe after selling my 2014 Tundra. I threw wheels and a leveling kit on my Tundra and it wound up completely destroying the ride. Luckily I was able to get out of the truck with losing only a very minimal amount of money.

That being said, I am looking to modify the height of my Tahoe but I do not want to fall victim to ruining the ride again, and I am now seeking your help. I am looking to drop the Tahoe 1 to 2 inches in the front and 3 to 4 inches in the rear. I have been lurking on the forum for the past 24 hours trying to get some ideas and it seems there are a few options.

Option 1: http://www.mcgaughys-suspension.com/chevrolet-tahoe-2015-2-3-deluxe-drop-kit-mcgaughys-part/

Option 2: http://www.mcgaughys-suspension.com...15-2-3-economy-drop-kit-mcgaughys-part-34065/

Option 3: http://www.crownsuspension.com/lowering-kits/2/4-lowering-drop-coils-springs-ext-kit/

Option 4: http://tbssowners.com/store/index.php?act=viewCat&catId=58

Of course there are probably more kits out there, but some combination of these seem to be the most common on this particular forum. Being the complete suspension noob that I am, I really can't decipher which kit will be the best and I am hesitant to ask a shop as they will most likely try to up-sell me or be biased.

So I am here now, asking those whom are experienced with this issue, what will be the best kit to achieve the most superior ride quality? I messed this up with my Tundra, so I want to play it a bit more safe this time around. If there is another kit that you would recommend, please let me know as well.

Thanks for your time in advance.

EDIT: The vehicle in question is a 2015 Tahoe LT, so no auto ride.

You have autoride or non? Currently no kits avail for the autoride... for the front, that is.

Go with spindles instead of dropped springs in the front.

Wouldn't the spindles be ok to use since they only change the location of the hub and everything else stays the same (for autoride)?

It's an LT , so no auto ride. Also edited the original post to reflect that, thanks for the reminder.

This is the only kit with spindles, the others utilize struts or springs. Am I safe to believe this is the kit I desire?

1) rear belltech kit rides the best. do the endlink/bumpstops and cut bracket off the frame and your set. That set up is 360 shipped

2) in front up to you. Honestly ive done over 20 of my strut mod for customers (15s) for 2 inch drop in front and for 30 bucks and ride quality is still good for the guy on a budget. They send em in and i mod em

Anything else jus task.
