Awesome! I'm in SW Dallas near Mountain View College.

I was in Richardson today looking at a building. 75 & Campbell area.

One of my former co-worker/friends had Tahoe, I think 2003. It was over 400k. He'd passed it on to his daughter-in-law, and she divorced his son, so he lost track of it. But I wouldn't be surprised if it's still on the road.

Yes it is unbelievable how many of these show up for sale with over 200k miles. I saw a few of them in the last month or so... as far as I can know the drivetrain in indestructible (pre-AFM LS engine, 4L60E), maybe some electrical gremlins in these year models... but the good news is most if not all gremlins have well documented solutions...
