yep, it was 70K miles, they changed it to 80K.

Mine is over the mileage, so mine goes in next week for rear air and stepper motors.

can i get them replaced if nothing is wrong with mine? they've already replaced the cluster once for a faulty oil pressure gauge.

According to the dealer when he looked up my vin he told me that mine was replaced in 2005 originally but he still changed mine anyway.

Go to the dealer and see what he says

Looks like in some cases they have it specific to VIN runs.......so it must have been a bad batch of motors and / or they switched suppliers. My 06 YDXL doesn't qualify Denali or XL.......I just hope that the new Esky Platinum cluster I installed is disease free...lol

if they already replaced it, you probably have the redesigned steppers in the new cluster.

Glad a friend of mine called me tonight and told me about this.... mine just started acting up about a month ago. Checking my VIN and calling dealer tomorrow if I fall in the 'group'.

yeah, probably so. well, at least i hope so. lol knowing the dealer i took it to, they probably went the cheapest route they could at the time.

i would like to put a trans temp gauge in one of these days though.
