Thanks to DW Drummer, Install took me an hour thanks to the sticky. I replaced the stock turn signal orange bulbs with a xenon gas blue bulb gives it a blueish white look I love it but tell me what you guys think :Handshake:

Not at all the place where the Hi s and low s go is still silver so it reflects like a normal light. One of the best mods I think i've done this far to my hoe. :)

How did you black out the head lights like that?

I have a black one and I'd love my headlights that dark when they are off.

Just take off the headlights, put them in the oven for like 10 minutes on 350 degrees, use a heat gun or DW Drummer used his dremmel to cut it away. Than use krylon black fusion paint so you don't have to do any sanding because it is specially formed to bond to plastic. Than back in the oven, and re seal em with silicon. :Handshake:

that.... seems like a lot of work, but i guess if you want the looks and a 'factory' fit its the best way to go.

does anyone have photos of this process? I thought I saw them before...

see the tahoe headlights are fused togeather so its better to cut them open carfully then re-seal them. the yukon headlights are glued togeather so are far more easier to open in the oven.
