New Guy Just Bought White 07 Yukon SLT! Please Help me design my Exterior!

Hello ladies and gentlemen. I just Bought a 07 Yukon yesterday. It looks amazing and it is in pristine condition.

I want to customize my car starting with the grille. I was wondering what grille i should get to replace my front factory grille. I was thinking of the factory Denali chrome honeycomb grille for my summit white yukon. Would these fit correctly? WHERE CAN I BUY THESE FOR CHEAP???

Does anyone else have different opinions on this matter??? Should i buy a chrome grille without the logo similar to the one posted on denaligrill.com

Or should i Stay away from chrome grill all together and go for a black grille?

I also want to hear your opinions on honeycomb patterns in general. I was wondering if there are any other patterns i can use on my white yukon 07 that will make it look clean.

What should my next project be after the grille?

thanks. I think that grille from denaligrill.com is sick. I want to get the nali grille without the logo from them for mine. the factory nali grille will fit urs fine my neighbor did that for his. u should definately go with the naligrill.com on tho, its a lot nicer

I personally prefer a billet or mesh grille over the honeycomb. I would likely go chrome as well with your white Yukon. Here's iwaslowr's billet grille on his yukon.

Here's 1sikyukon's black billet grille for comparison.

I couldn't find a mesh pic without the emblem but here is one with.

My vote is chrome billet.

Did you see the stainless steel grille from denaligrill.com in person? I think might buy that and get the logo, cause yours actually looks better with the logo. If i dont like the logo look i guess i can always take it off. But then again, it might be just cleaner without...
SO many options and so many things i want to do with this car. and its only my second day owning the car

iwaslowr's chrome billet looks amazing! where can i purchase those? Not to mention his headlights. did he swap out the bulbs or get the hid kit? i was also thinking of getting a 5000k kit. i like my headlights more white than blue.

I would choose a fine mesh grille over all the other types.
Chrome would be my option too, E&G is a real good company when it comes to grilles BTW!
Also I would throw on some HIDs next, then go from there.

This is a billet grille with logo cut out. tell me what you think.
I think im going to go with the logo grille cause my GF is not happy with me wanting to go clean. i got this pic from trexbillet. are most grille bolt ons on top of factory grille? seems like thats how most of these grills are. i would really like to find one that replaces the factory girlle, but im sure they're expensive

If you haven't done it already, go on cardomain and do a search for '07-'09 Yukons, and you can gets lots of ideas on what does and doesn't look good to you.

The factory grill(s) are actually plastic. My original had to be replaced at 36k, it was cracked and my lower has the chrome peeling off of it in some spots right now. Go aftermarket and make sure that it is metal, stainless. Thought this cheap shit "stainless steel" that is from China starts to rust after a while.......can't figure that out but the stainless jets on my hot tub are starting to get surface rust after 3 years.

Go with chrome. I don't like the with with black look. I have a Denali and like that grill a lot. I also like the fine mess grills, like from Speed Grill.

For next steps, do you have chrome door handles? Also, I added the chrome piece right above the license plate. I had that piece and the chrome lift gate handle, but I took the lift gate handle off, it was too much and didn't look right. And now i'm adding Escalade mirrors for the chrome lowers. All subtle but makes a big difference I think.

After that, we will both need a nice set of chrome 22" wheels.

I actually want to keep my ride looking stock and not overdo with the chrome. My goal isnt to thug out my ride. I want to make my suv looking tasteful and high class. I wanna do the basics such as a intake which ive already done and exhaust is next. Im planning on doing a BB tune afterwards just like you. Im thinking of corsa touring cause i like my suv quiet but makes noises when i want it to.
