Just pick up a 2013 Tahoe to pull a 6,000 pound travel trailer. Have been reading through a lot of threads so far and I'm finding loads of great tips. So far, after only three days of having the Tahoe, I'm very pleased with the car, better MPG (1mpg city, 2 mpg hwy) and power than the 2012 Pathfinder I traded in for the Tahoe. Already have a long trip planned, driving from Lancaster, CA to Klamath Falls, OR for Christmas week to see my granddaughter and of course my son and dil pulling the trailer.

Welcome to the forum! Since I work for Infiniti/Nissan I would have traded the Pathfinder too. Nissan really lost it's way with that one, the features are nice, but that cvt trans was a bad idea IMHO. Enjoy your new Tahoe!
The Pathfinder was a nice SUV, don't think my 2012 had the CVT trans. Only problem the PF had was the climate control system, it only gave out cold or hot air, you had no real control over the thing. Took it to Nissan but they just said that was normal and to factory specs. Sure like the way the climate control works in the Tahoe, just set it and forget it.
