need info on brake lines.

im looking to purchase stainless steel brake lines for my 2003 yukon xl awd.

from my understanding theres 2 for the front. (1 for left arm and 1 for right arm) now for the rear, is there 2, 3, or 4? ive read where it said 2 is needed for the rear as well as 3 and 4. so which one is it? lol thanks for the help.

The rear has 3 rubber lines, 1 for each caliper to axle (2 total), and 1 from axle center to body. The only kit I know that includes all 5 lines is Russell brake lines. I think I got mine from Tire Rack or eBay but look up that brand.

I just installed a set of GoodRidge lines a few weeks back on my 03...4 wheel disc. The kit includes 5 lines, all the copper washers, fasteners, & banjo bolts. One line for each caliper & one line from the chassis to the rear axle.

thanks for all the info guys, i took a look under my truck just to make sure before i order and there are 6 rubber lines total. the 2 up front. then the 2 in the rear from caliper to the axle. then there was 2 rubber lines in the center of the axle to the body. all kits i find are 5 lines. im lost lol

Guess you have stabiltrak so your kit will need 6 lines. Below is a link for 5 or 6 line kit.

the kit said it isnt available for my truck.
anyone know where i can find a 6 line kit? im about to swap out my rotors and would like to do the lines at the same time. thanks!
