Just got a 97 Tahoe this weekend. Then today power locks won't work making click noise under dash by gas pedal and power seat stopped working. Any suggestions. . Thanks Jesse

Here are the power seat diagnostics for a 1998, it should be the same or similar to your 1997.
Check the PWR ACCY fuse (30A) as both seats and locks use that circuit.
Note that the door locks also use the ground G202 and orange wire circuit 540. One of those may be your issue, so running through the power seat test may fix both.
No guarantees, but hope this helps.
