I am at a loss, went to change the oil in my 2021 Tahoe high country With the 6.2.. backed it out of the driveway let it warm up for about five minutes. Drained the oil changed the filter refilled the oil. And it will absolutely not start. it won’t even turn over. So I pulled the battery went to get it tested. They say it passed brought it back installed it. I decided I was going to jump it just to make sure it had enough juice and it does absolutely nothing. All I get is a clicking sound , I can hear the fuel pump load up, all the dash lights come on everything else comes on But the engine will not turn over. Can’t get it into neutral… I’m at a loss, I put a code reader on it. It has zero codes… I disconnected the battery and let it sit for 20 minutes, I jumped out the terminals.. honestly don’t know what else to do I have never had an issue with this car at all so I am completely lost so any input or directions you could give me would be greatly appreciated.

Oops, stuff happens.

Might have bumped a wire near the starter. Does the battery voltage drop when turning the key to start? it should. If not then the starter is not being loaded up.
Then I think go to the starter relay does it click when the key is turned to start? If not swap it with another one of the same type.

I did check the wiring by the starter and it seems fine. Definitely clicks but that’s all I get.

Put a breaker bar on crank pulley to see if you can even budge the engine.

Bad starter relay ? Maybe pull the relay and test it with a multimeter ?

Apply the following to the Terminals
86 - 12V battery
85 - Ground

Test for resistance between terminal 87 and 30

Also, do you still have any warranty left ?

One thing to try is get a hammer and tap on the starter not to hard then try to start it. Back in the day when a starter was going bad wrapping on it with a hammers it would get it to start, if it starts then the starter is bad,. It happens.
