friend just bought them, almost new, flawless for $2100




Those are a friends of mine's 28's. There is NO WAY I could fit 28's being as low as I am. They were almost 2 inches in to the fenders. There would be some major cutting to do it. And I'm not raising it up at all.

I did that too, then could smell exhaust smoke coming inside the truck. So I just welded it back on. IMO looks CLEAN just sucks about the smell. :(
