My bass dropped out altogether last night... Likely a fuse?

Hey all,

I've got a JL stealth box under the center console, and an aftermarket amp and cross over running it and the (replaced) speakers. Last night, after @ 30 seconds of boosted bass and relatively high volume, the bass cut out altogether. Is this likely the result of blowing a fuse? If so, where would I be looking for that blown fuse?

All other speakers and the amp are working, it's just that the stealth box clearly is not.

I'm going to see if I can swing by the stereo shop today, but was wondering in the meantime where I should be looking for a blown fuse. Is there something at the stealth box? (That would be odd, since it's buried.) Should I be looking on the amp? On the crossover? Under the hood?

Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

The fuse should be before the box. I would say that the amp is in a protection mode or the speaker channels are messed up.

Yates -- Thanks. Took it by the install shop (incidentally, it's been installed and working fine for more than a year), the guy checked the fuse (and something) at the engine-side of the firewall, and that fixed nothing. He believes that it might be a problem with the amp itself, so it goes in tomorrow morning for them to get to the bottom of the issue.

Thanks!
