From my reading here, the hydraulic filled do have a shorter life, but do their job in smoothing out vibrations. There seem to be fans of solid rubber aftermarket as well as the $300 each hummer solid mount for the 5.3.
I'm here too. At 156k, I think it's on its second pair of mounts. Slight vibration at idle, I really want to smooth it out but don't wanna do the job again in 7 years or whatever.
But I won't be able to live with that vibration either.

So I don't know if this helps much with vibration, unless maybe the vibration is a result of a poly bushing being to stiff or dry to rotate??

But I install my poly bushings using a super thin layer of silicon grease just to hold in place a single layer of PTFE tape. I try and wrap it with the slightest of angle so if necessary they can be twisted into place?

Been trying to come up with a response to your comment, I got nothing....

However, I did replace the motor mount on the drivers side with an original.

Did you have to remove the y-pipe to get to the mount?

No, just the steering shaft, the exhaust manifold heat shield and the fender well liner.

Careful when you jack up the drivers side part of the the engine, make sure you don't jack it up too high, the two (2) plastic fittings on the hoses that come from the radiator to the firewall for the heater core get bound up because the engine cover on top of the intake hit them.
I started seeing fluid run out of the passenger side that looked like condensation from the AC unit. Ya know when you start the truck and the AC is on and you back up and you can see a wet spot? That's condensation from the evaporator core (I think), I seen that when I changed the mount but it turned out to be an oily clear liquid, possibly radiator fluid, I'm not sure.
I've been monitoring those fittings to see if I cracked one of them, haven't seen any more of that fluid come out but I am watching it to make sure.

I did the removal and the installation of the mount from the bottom, tried it from the top and it just didn't work. Installing from the bottom took just a few seconds and I was able to get bolts started in the 'mount to frame' and then used the jack to line the holes up with the 'mount to engine'.

Use Hummer H3 motor mounts, and you'll never replace them again. That's what a number of us have done on this Forum. And, I did not notice any increase in vibration at idle (the supposed value of hydraulic fluid filled OEM motor mounts).
Will they work on the 2019 tahoe K2

So what can be used other than these bad mounts for the 2019 premier
Use the search tool, as there have been a couple of threads over the past 6 months referring to alternative brand/fabrication motor mounts.
