Middle bench seat (small side) stuck down

Can anyone tell me how to fix my rear middle bench, which is stuck in the folded position? I'm at a loss. I've checked youtube and there is a great video but I think it's for the previous generation Yukon/Tahoe. This is driving me nuts.

Is there a small black plastic tab towards the bottom you can pull? I believe that's how the captains are unlocked and I imagine the bench has a similar mechanism.
