Measure Sunroof Please!!

Since I purchased my Yukon the sunroof has never worked. I finally picked up the new track pieces and decided to tackle the job today. It turned out to a lot more of a job that I was expecting. While replacing the broken track pieces I noticed the track that on either side was even with each other. There was a difference of 4” from one side to the other!! My guess is that the plastic track broke and the motor was disconnected and the sunroof forced closed. I ended up having to drop the headliner and pulling the sunroof motor to even the 2 tracks up. The problem is that I’m not sure where they should be sitting exactly. I set them where I thought was right but when I push the button forward to the vent mode it doesn’t seem like it will go all the way up. The very front part of my track measures about 5/8 of an inch from the front. I will attach a pic for reference. If someone wouldn’t mind measuring where theirs sits for me so I can make sure mine is set right I would REALLY appreciate it!!!

Ok just an update for anyone else that encounters this issue. The main piece that pushes/pulls the sunroof should be sitting between 7 1/4-7 1/2” back from the very front of the track in the normal closed position. I will attach a pic of the piece
