Ok so it's been awhile since I have posted on here but long story short I had a 95 yukon with the 5.7 tbi 350 and the 4l60e transmission and a nv241 manual shift tcase. Well thst truck took a shit so I bought a 99 yukon with the 5.7 350 vortec ok so doen the road my tcase went out truck didn't move instead of spending a thousand or more to get a new one(cause I ain't got that type of money) I actually swapped my tcase from my 95 into my 99 it worked just fine drives fine and everything well now my problem is I can't get thr front axle actuator to engage to lock the front axle into 4x4 so I've been trying ro wiring in a switch but I can't seem to get this thing to engage I removed it and tried getting it to do something outside of the vehicle with a battery and nothing has anyone doen this and if so how did you solve this I heard there is a cable I csn put it to move the colar for the front axle

Seriously, I would find the test procedure for the actuator and properly test it.
I believe Summit Racing has the manual conversion you are asking about.
