i have a 95 tahoe with 332,288 miles on the original drive train. in my last oil change i noticed a good amount of metal paste so it seems shes ready to bite the bullet. i already have a new beefed up 4l60e lined up. in the intrest of hp i want to swap in a carbed vortec or a fly by cable ls. i've got all the info i need on going carb with the 4l60e but there are still some grey areas with the ls. if i use the stock wiring harness and ecu from the ls doner vehicle do i have to reprogram the ecu? also with the transmission i know i need a flex plate spacer to run the pre 97 4l60e but do i need to swap to a dished flex plate?
