Low Sound when Playing DVD

We recently got a 2013 Chevy Tahoe. When playing the radio, it is fine. Can get it nice and loud. When playing a DVD, it is sooooo soft. Even when cranking the volume (on dash) and setting fade to rear, it's still just listenable. Any ideas?

You may have you rear speakers muted.
