Amazon Music not playing the song I selected

In my 2025 HC Tahoe, I'm using Amazon Music because it doesn't seem to work well with my old iPod, which I happily used in my 2014 for years. I've had the truck and Amazon Music for a few months but for the last couple weeks, when I pick a song on the screen, it will act like it's going to start playing it, but then it will randomly switch to another song, usually in a different playlist. Also, when I try to view the songs in the playlist, even when parked, the list goes away after a second and it starts playing a random song. This is not a subscription issue. We have the subscription that let's you pick songs, etc., and it works fine on other devices and worked mostly in my truck before. I'm sure that Amazon will tell me to talk to Chevy and vice-versa, so there's no help coming for this (albeit minor) problem. I've Googled the problem and it appears that a few other people have had similar issues (IDK what kind of vehicles.) After uninstalling and re-installing Amazon Music, clearing the cache and data, etc. it's still not working. Have any of you had this problem?

Try calling onstar… they control most of the data feed items.

Try hard reboot of the informant system… hold hangup button down until message pops up.. then let go ( don’t press anything)..
